I'm Nkiru, a Senior Technical Product Manager in AI Strategy at Activision Publishing. This is where I keep the work itself: case studies, projects and writing, starting with Rung, an AI math tutor I designed and built.

One rung at a time.
A public AI math tutor for grade 6 and 7 ratios that gives hints instead of answers. Code grades every answer and blocks any reply that gives the answer away. The AI only writes the words.

I've spent my career between strategy and shipping. My background spans consulting, venture capital and health analytics. Since 2022 I've been at Activision Publishing, first as a Technical Product Manager and since 2024 in AI Strategy.
The part I enjoy most is turning a fuzzy idea into a working product: deciding what the AI should do, what plain code should do instead, and how to prove the result with real measurements.
What I care about

Product and technical program work on AI systems, with evals, guardrails and clear lines between what the model decides and what code decides.

Learning tools that help people actually get better at something, not just finish the assignment.
